Our Story

JD Property Services began with a simple goal – to do the job properly and treat our customers well. Over time, that approach earned us the trust of our customers. What started with Plumbing & Heating, eventually grew to grew into something more.

Again and again, our clients would ask, “Do you also do joinery?” or “Can you help with this part of the build too?” They didn’t just want a job done – they wanted us to do it.

We built our team the same way we built our reputation: Slowly, from the ground up. Every one of our tradesman shares our values – reliability, quality, and respect for the customer and their property. Today, we offer everything from specialist services like boiler repairs and installations to full-scale project management like loft conversions, full re roofs and most aspects of building.
