They came out when they said they would, worked efficiently and they were knowledgeable about our air source heat pump and explained how to actually used it which is a lot more than the company that installed it did! The service from start to end was excellent. The bathroom was measured remotely, options were provided via Whatsapp making it easy to approve and comment and the actual job was done well, and whilst it went slightly over the estimated time, it was done extremely well. Replacing a free standing bath with a shower and all the fittings, the tiling, excellent quality. And all the rubbish was collected quickly. A high quality job, would not hesitate to use again or recommend strongly.

The Roofing Co were very helpful and professional when I asked them to inspect my roof and check and clear the guttering. The communication was prompt and clear and the report included plenty of pictures which was helpful.
I got in touch with this company through Check A Trade for a repair that required a Gas Safe engineer. The company made contact with me in a timely manner. Did a thorough quote that was reasonable. My job was booked in and the communication was great. Joe turned up within the time frame and completed the job with no fuss. Just cracked on. Would definitely use this company again.
Best water/gas plumbers in Manchester with Joe/Mohammed and team! Always advise best practice, and parts that could be optimised only if required! Due to refreshing approach and incredibly reliable, have transferred all boiler cover to them, and as I know JD have previously serviced, it's straight forward in good hands.

I phoned on Thursday asking for help with a boiler fault and the engineer called on Friday morning to perform an annual service which was due anyway at this time. Despite the boiler showing a serious fault code on Thursday it had corrected itself by Friday. The engineer checked the system and all was ok so he agreed it was probably just a glitch but he put my mind at rest by giving the boiler a clean bill of health. I'm very impressed with JD's response time and overall handling of the situation

Communication from the company was excellent from the start and the work was able to be completed very quickly after we confirmed what would be best for us. Excellent service from start to finish. Totally recommend this company. Super quick service and very professional and knowledgeable. I had lots of problems with my boiler and it was fixed within a few days. The engineers that came were polite, friendly and did a great job. I had been given quotes to fix and quotes to replace. All very reasonable and will be getting them back to do a new boiler next year. But for now they have saved me from having a very cold Christmas! Invoices and certificates sent promptly and easy to deal with. Thank you everyone.

Great from start to finish. Plumber had the unenviable task of locating and repairing a leaking bathroom waste pipe hidden under the kitchen roof, that had brought down part of the kitchen ceiling(s) - both the suspended ceiling and the old lath and plaster ceiling above it. It was an awkward, filthy job that he tackled with aplomb, good humour and professionalism, and the minimum of mess. I was particularly impressed by his pulling on Noddy boots so as not to tramp dirt into my carpets 😁. Seriously, this was totally brilliant service; I shall definitely call JD Plumbing next time I need a plumber, and recommend them most highly.

I received great service from JD Plumbing, having used Check a Trade online they were the top number to call, they made a appointment to come out the following day as my boiler was leaking and diagnosed the problem within minutes, 2 days later they returned with the parts that were required and the boiler has been fixed, they had provided me with a quote via email so I knew exactly how much the job would cost. I will defiantly be using their services in the future. The job was also good value for money and I didn't feel that it was overpriced.
This is the second time we have used JD Plumbing and Heating to service our mum's boiler. Came out at a time convenient for us - an efficient process from start to finish. A minor repair is needed following the latest service and the quote for the work came through quickly and appointment already booked at our convenience. Glad we found this company.
Sorted out a new boiler with them this month and had fantastic service from start to finish.
